We had emailed you several weeks ago asking your opinion of some different specialty car manufacturers. Your response was very helpful and we wanted to thank you.

You may want to publish this letter on your web site. We feel that other consumers would be interested in hearing this so they can make the right decision when choosing a manufacturer for their exoticar purchase.

We had started looking into the specialty car industry only about one month ago. We called and visited several replicar manufacturers and personal (replica) cars for sale also but had no success. We were not able to find anyone whom we felt that we could trust. And their product didn't meet our quality expectations. We are both very, very, picky when it comes to buying a car. Our purchase of a turnkey kit car was looking pretty bad.

We were looking for a turnkey 25th Anniversary exoticar replica. It was very important for us to find someone who produced a very high quality car and would offer a warranty with excellent service.

After all of our efforts we finally found someone! Demetrios from Exotic Illusions. This company has done nothing but impress us in every way. We live in southern New Jersey and his shop is all the way in northeastern Pennsylvania, just northeast of Scranton. We were so impressed with his service over the telephone we made a 3-1/2 hour trip to his shop. During this long trip we were worried about what we were going to find once we arrived. During our visit, we were so impressed. The shop was the cleanest and most organized that we had visited thus far. He had items in stock right there in his shop! Demetrios was very courteous and friendly. He spent 3 hours with us that day. We had many questions and concerns that we discussed with him, and he was always patient and friendly with his responses. At no time during our visit were we even asked to buy the car or to leave a deposit.

(He provided us with customer references) so we could call them after we left his shop. He had given us his last 5 customers names and phone numbers. After we got home I telephoned every customer. Each customer was honest and advised me that when they are ready to buy another vehicle they will go back to only him. Every person had one thing that they each said "His service is excellent, even after you buy the car", most manufacturers bend over backwards before the sale and then after the sale they don't even want to know you. Demetrios maintains his excellent service even after the sale!

As far as quality... we saw it with our own eyes! We were able to match his kit pieces with some of the other large manufacturer pieces, and it was incredible! The other pieces were not as tough and heavy-duty as those of Exotic Illusions. The others were so flimsy that when you picked them up and shook them, they would wobble. When I picked up his pieces, I could hardly shake it because it was so heavy and tough. I had to use both of my hands to lift his rear deck cover. Another manufacturer's rear deck cover was not even half of the weight of his and was very easy to bend and flex. You don't want your car bending and flexing when the wind blows or when you go over bumps!

We recently visited his shop again to leave a deposit on a car he is now working on. The car should be done in about two months and will appear at the Carlisle show this May. Don't miss it! It's a red Italian exoticar replica with a camel colored interior.
